MP Samy Ramadan, a member of the legislative and constitutional committee, confirmed that the draft law of the new law guarantees the public interest of the lawyer and facilitates his duties and ensures immunity for him before the courts or prosecutors. He said that the committee will host the bar association and members of the Bar Association Lawyers.

A member of the Legislative and Constitutional Committee of the House of Representatives, the committee will ask the presence of lawyers to give their views during the discussion of the law and will add their comments on the law because they are stakeholders and will conduct a comprehensive community dialogue on the draft law.

He pointed out that the parliament is keen to establish rights in terms of the nature of the work of the lawyer because it facilitates the access of citizens to their rights, the lawyer is the second party of justice and thus facilitate the tasks of his duty to parliament.
