Learn about the punishment of transporting goods and goods prohibited on roads in the new traffic law
The new traffic law includes deterrent penalties for offenses committed by the driver or included in the vehicle. The penalty shall be in the form of a fine, imprisonment or two penalties, after the driver has exhausted 50 traffic points in previous offenses which are not punishable.
Among the offenses punishable by the traffic law currently under discussion are the following:
– Transfer of prohibited goods or goods
The new traffic law imposed many traffic violations in the third tranche, during which 3 points are deducted if they are committed, imprisonment for a period not exceeding one month, and a fine of not less than 500 pounds and not more than one thousand pounds or one of them
– Writing, drawing or adding posters
Article 77 of the law provides for the deduction of two points in the event of an offense, and a fine of not less than 200 pounds and not more than 400 pounds
