The departments of the Administrative Court of the State Council have different functions which we observe as follows:

This department is competent to deal with disputes related to: Requests for compensation for all disputes of individuals or employees whose administrative disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court except for requests for compensation for arrest decisions.

– Administrative Court of Justice (tenth district) compensation of arrests
