Irrigation thanks the workers in all governorates for their effort during Eid holiday
The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation has directed the employees of the mechanics, electricity, drainage and irrigation departments in their sectors, especially the protection of the Nile, irrigation sector, parks, museums, emergency teams and flood rooms from the far south to the far north and from east to west to work hard during Eid holiday and the maximum emergency imposed by the ministry .
The ministry confirmed that workers at all levels of leaders, engineers, technicians, drivers and workers were in full swing to resolve any emergency problem.
And committees were established at the level of general managers, inspectors, directors of engineering and center engineers committed to continuous presence, traffic, monitoring and inspection, and to check the status of canals and banks and follow-up of water levels at the main and sub-stations and the end of the canals and banks and irrigation and drainage to ensure the provision of water and distribution efficiency for all uses during the holiday.
All departments and sectors of the Ministry of the governorates have been instructed to raise the maximum readiness in all its departments at the level of the Republic, to face any problems that affect the state of irrigation and the formation of operating rooms at the level of irrigation and drainage departments in all governorates, , To monitor the state of irrigation and drainage 24 hours, and the establishment of emergency lifting units at the sites of irrigation and drainage stations at the level of the Republic.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Irrigation raise the maximum state of emergency during the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, and the formation of operation rooms in all governorates to follow up the irrigation and drainage situation on a 24-hour basis and assign irrigation engineers at various centers to pass regularly on the canals and follow the water levels constantly so that farmers can regularly see their land And to ensure the arrival of water to the end of the canals, and to identify any problems arise irrigation water and resolve immediately in addition to drinking water.
