In an unofficial visit .. Red Sea Governor receives Spanish Foreign Minister in Hurghada
Major General Ahmed Abdallah, Governor of the Red Sea, received this evening at Hurghada International Airport, Joseph Borel, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain for Foreign Affairs, European Union and International Cooperation, and his accompanying delegation on an unofficial visit.
The Governor of the Red Sea welcomed the Spanish Foreign Minister. The two sides talked about the tourist sector in the Red Sea and the support and promotion of tourism in general. The Red Sea Governor assured the guest minister of the depth of Egyptian relations with the Spanish state.
The governor added that the province has several tourism and aesthetic elements and is characterized by the beauty of the weather, expressing the hope that tourism will return strongly during the coming period.
The governor explained that there are more than 270 tourist resorts containing 83 thousand rooms to receive tourists, and the province has increased the absorption and development of airports and the establishment of a large tourist marina to receive large cruise ships and yachts giant.
On the other hand, the Governor and the Minister of Foreign Affairs toured the Hurghada airport and presented the Governor with souvenirs and keys to the Minister of Hurghada.
