"Health of Alexandria" raises the degree of readiness in hospitals during Eid al-Fitr
Dr. Alaa Othman, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Alexandria, confirmed that the hospitals affiliated to the Directorate of Health Affairs are fully prepared to receive any accidents or special emergency cases in light of the closure of private clinics during the Eid.
Othman said in a press statement that the emergency plan will be implemented in all the hospitals of the Directorate, which includes doubling the emergency crews of doctors, nurses and technicians, and ensuring the availability of supplies, medicines and blood bags, as well as the readiness of the rapid deployment teams in the Directorate to help any hospital under unusual pressure and manpower.
