Evelyn calls for the suspension of the removal decisions in Damietta until the application of the law of reconciliation

MP Evelyn Matta submitted a request for a briefing on the suspension of the removal decisions in Damietta governorate until the implementation of the reconciliation law. He pointed out that the preparation of the executive regulations of the law is underway and is expected to be implemented on the ground during the next few days.

A member of the House of Representatives said that the law of reconciliation in some building violations is expected to solve the problems of half of the real estate wealth in Egypt and that it will remain for a specific period of time. Therefore, the removal procedures must be suspended until the law is applied on the ground to give citizens an opportunity to rectify their situation.

The member of the House of Representatives also requested a briefing on the transfer of random markets in Damietta province, especially the market Friday, which takes place in the city of Damietta main opposition street from Wednesday to Friday, and disrupt the lives of citizens in this region.
