Emergency veterinary departments to receive complaints of cheating meat in Eid al-Fitr
The General Authority for Veterinary Services and the directorates of Veterinary Medicine in the governorates intensified the supervision and inspection of the outlets and markets for the sale of meat and fish and their products, especially with the increasing demand and supply during Eid, to ensure the safety of these products for the health of citizens. To receive any complaints from citizens and inform them of the management of massacres and inspection of meat to verify and resolve in a timely manner.
The report added that the meat inspection agencies are continuing in various provinces and places of sale and circulation of meat and meat products and meat factories in order to maintain public health and positive change in the behavior of individuals in understanding the role of government in maintaining public health.
