Uganda, who played against the Turkmenistan national team in the friendly match, played Sunday in the UAE as part of Uganda's preparations for the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.

Uganda will play in the African Cup of Nations, which Egypt will host from June 21 to July 19, in Group A, alongside the national team, the DRC and Zimbabwe.

Uganda will play their first match in the African Nations on Saturday [June 22nd] against their DRC counterpart.
