Egypt exported 561 million tons of potato, worth 208 million dollars in 8 months.

The Export Council of Agricultural Crops said that the quantity was exported from September 2018 to the end of April, accounting for 17% of the total export volume and representing 13% of the value of exports.

Egypt is one of the most important potato exporters in the world.
