Developing the hotline to provide excellent services for those who want to quit smoking

The Preventive Medicine Sector of the Ministry of Health said that the hotline (16805) of the smoking cessation assistant has been completed to provide better service to callers.

The health preventive medicine sector explained that the hotline operates throughout the Eid and provides all the therapeutic details for those who wish to quit smoking.

He added that the preventive medicine sector, that the line aims to obtain statistics more diverse than before, in cooperation with the World Health Organization, pointing out that the hotline receives from 700 to 1300 calls per month.
