Firefighters were called to remove Clara's two-year-old Clara May Duffy from South Shields in Tenneside, England, after being suspended at the base.

Clara, the 22-year-old mother of Klara, tried desperately to remove the base from her daughter's head, but failed, and in fear of hurting her young girl, she decided to call the emergency.
