At its first meeting, the highest cultural members call for attention to youth

The members of the Supreme Council of Culture met with Dr. Hisham Azmi, after the restructuring of the Council, which included 60 personalities from symbols and symbols of thought, literature, culture and arts, as well as heads of trade unions and cultural bodies.

The members of Egypt, who are aware of the enlightened minds of Egypt as the locomotive of the country for development, discussed many important cultural and artistic issues and their implementation mechanisms on the ground with new modern visions that suit the requirements of the times. They also discussed the amendment of the internal regulations of the council.

A number of suggestions were put forward concerning the development of the state's cultural strategy through the preparation of the national project of Egyptian culture to change the cultural reality, and the restoration of the Council to perform its real role entrusted with the active participation in confronting extremism and drying its sources, in addition to paying attention to the youth prizes as the future of Egypt in intellectual, literary and artistic creativity. And the cultural component in the vision of Egypt 2020, the establishment of rules and foundations and the formulation of cultural policies for community awareness to suit the national ambition, the development of means of communication between civil society institutions and the Supreme Council of Culture to reach real results working on the service Community, take advantage of modern technological means and use of smart power by launching a platform to showcase all activities and activities of the Ministry of Culture.

The meeting ended with the need to hold periodic meetings of the members of the Council and it was agreed to convene on Sunday, June 23 to discuss the State Awards.
