Assiut Catering Edit 450 of the bakery during the Eid campaigns
Kamal Khalifa, Undersecretary of Supply Directorate in Assiut said that the Directorate of Supply in coordination with the Department of Supply and the Directorate of Health and Supply launched intensive campaigns during the last two days of Eid al-Fitr, and resulted in the seizure of 450 supply records
The Deputy Director of Supply for the "seventh day" that has been conducting surprise campaigns on shops, markets and bakeries and the campaign was able to edit 450 prepared and varied between the control of meat unfit for human use and expired amounts and unknown source, and a lecturer of the bakery and varied irregularities between lack of weight, Specifications, and the cleanliness and records of salted fish expired and unfit for human consumption and released the necessary records and completion of legal proceedings
