Al - Azhar University resumes exams for the second semester starting tomorrow

Dr. Mohamed Al-Maharsawi, President of Al-Azhar University, denied what has been circulated on some social networking pages about extending Eid Al-Fitr holiday in universities and institutes.

He confirmed in statements today that this is pure rumors unfounded, and that the work of examinations and controls all the branches of the University in Cairo and the provinces, will resume God willing starting on Saturday, 8 June 2019, according to the tables already announced in universities and institutes.

In a statement today, the university called on its students, students and users of social networking sites not to follow the rumors, and to refer to the university with official sources of information and news.
