A lawyer and four others on charges of forming a gang of drug traffickers in Amiri
The Cairo Criminal Court, held in the fifth assembly, on Saturday under the chairmanship of Chancellor Mohamed Mahmoud Ahmed, sentenced a lawyer and others on charges of forming a gang to trade in narcotic drugs.
The decision was made by Ibrahim Ibrahim Sayed Khalafallah, Hatem Mohammed Al-Khouli, Shadi Rifki Abdel Fattah, Alaa Faraj and Ahmed Refaat.
The investigations of the prosecution in case No. 3319 of the Amiriyya crimes of 2017 revealed that "ABAA" and its reputation "Abu Rajaila" is unemployed, "Hussein S." and his "white" coffee shop owner, "Ahmed A" Ahmed Ahmed El-Borai is unemployed, and "Walid A." And the "Shaima.a.r" lawyer, formed a gang specialized in drug trafficking, led by the second, while the second in the storage of drugs, to promote the third, fourth and fifth on their clients who use the car of the sixth defendant "lawyer."
The prosecution assigned the accused, possession and possession of narcotic drugs of heroin, cannabis and tramadol for the purpose of trafficking, possession of automatic rifles and ammunition for defense.
