The Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture and Science recently published a book entitled "Russian Civilization, The Power of Place and Time" by Dr. Suhail Faraj.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shafei, President of the Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture and Science, wrote the book's author, Dr. Suhail Farah Lebanoni, one of the most prominent academic and philosophical facets on the Arab and Russian arenas for decades. He published dozens of books and hundreds of researches on the issues of dialogue and partnership of civilizations published in Russian, English, Arabic, French, He was a professor of the philosophy of civilizations, sciences and religions at the Lebanese University and the Moscow State University.
