The Cervantes Institute in Cairo presents a series of musical documentaries
On Wednesday, June 12, the Cervantes Institute in Cairo will inaugurate the N-Edet Series of Documentary Films, which will shed light on the lives and works of Spanish musicians and bands so that the public can enjoy and learn more about Spanish culture.
The series will begin at 6:30 pm Wednesday with the screening of "Omega" 2016, a work of the rock band LaGarteja Nick and Enrique Moriente, one of the most famous names in Flamenco music.
The series will continue on June 13 with La Chana. Then we will complete the series on June 26 with the screening of the movie "Rumba III" 2015, and the next day the series ends with the movie "The Orchestra Man, the Adventure of Catalonia Musicians in America" 2017.
It is known that the documentary film music occupies an indispensable position within this powerful and creative trend of documentary films.
The In-Edit Festival has been successfully treated with the multiplicity of the production of musical recording films since 2003 and has since been turned into an annual event for the best films in this field.
