Seven unlicensed satellite broadcasters were arrested in 24-hour campaigns

The General Directorate for the Investigation of Works and the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights launched extensive security campaigns aimed at broadcasting without a license and displaying stolen media contents through cafes.
Within 24 hours, the Department's efforts resulted in the seizure of 7 cases of audio-visual works, intellectual property and satellite broadcasting. The expanded campaigns at the level of the Republic are being pursued to tighten security control, to confront all forms of crime in all its forms and to combat all criminal activities.
