Railways announce expected delays in train traffic today
The railway authority announced the expected delays on Monday on some lines of the Authority due to the renovation and maintenance of the railway and the modernization of signaling systems, as follows:
First: The Cairo / Alexandria line
Average train delays are 40 minutes
Second: Cairo / High Dam
Average train delays are as follows:
– Cairo / Assiut for 35 minutes
– Assiut / Aswan for 35 minutes
Third: Benha / Port Said line
Average train delays are 45 minutes
Fourth: Tanta / Mansoura / Damietta line
Average train delays are 25 minutes
She apologized The TRA is responsible for the passenger public as a result of these delays due to delays in some sites of railway renewal and maintenance projects and the development of signaling systems, sliders and terminals in order to improve the level of service and provide better services to passengers.
