Pharmacists Syndicate: Taking legal action against the perpetrators of the demolition of a pharmacy in the lake
The Directorate of the Pharmacists Syndicate confirmed that the Public Prosecutor's Office continues to investigate the demolition of the pharmacy of Dr. Islam Mohammed in the lake by the owner of the property, noting that he is in the process of apprehending the perpetrators and taking all legal action against them.
In a statement, the committee added that the owner of the property demolished the pharmacy with full contents to force the pharmacist to leave the pharmacy despite a documented lease agreement .
The committee explained that it has continued with Dr. Ahmed Zaalouk, the captain of the pharmacists of the lake and with the pharmacist Islam and stressed the support of the full union, stressing that the lawyer will be sent to the union to follow up the progress of the investigations, will also be paid compensation to the Fund benefits and disasters.
The committee appealed to the Ministry of the Interior to quickly arrest the perpetrators and protect the pharmacies which perform medical service for patients 24 hours in all cities, villages and villages.
