According to the US site The Verge, the group was not the first lunar landing craft from Lego. The company released one in 2003 in partnership with Discovery – but the new model is much larger and more accurate and contains more than double the number of pieces to build a more interesting vehicle.

The spacecraft made of cubes is characterized by a detailed interior design for the climb and half landing, and there is also Lego base designed to resemble the moon surface to show the landing accurately when assembled.
