Cultural Production Announces the Second Season of the "Anna El Masry" Competition

The Cultural Production Affairs Sector announced the second season of the "Ana El Masry" competition for the national song for youth.
The contest takes place in the branches of "Singing – Composition – Composition – Music Distribution". The winner of the first place receives a prize of 20 thousand pounds, the winner of the second place for 15 thousand pounds and the winner of the third place for 10 thousand pounds.
The contestant must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age. He must be an Egyptian national. The contestant has the right to perform only two acts. The duration of the song is not less than 4 minutes and not more than 10 minutes. , And that the contestant has not won the work presented in the competition from any other party before.
The full artwork presents a national song (lyrics – melody – vocals) on DVD With 3 copies. The participation forms will be withdrawn from the Cultural Production Affairs Section of the Opera House, and copies of the works will be submitted from 1 June to 1 August 2019.
In the first season of the competition last year, 63 contestants were selected and 18 songs were selected. Sharif Abdel Moneim won the first prize for the song "Bab El Banna" and Manar El Shazly for the song "Ghalouli Ghani". The song "Bahebek", while the third place was shared by Hala Rushdi and Walid Al Leithi for "My Family Baladi" and Rabab Naji for the song "Id El Gamla". The jury included the opera singer Tahia Shams El Din, poet Awad Badawi, musician Hani Shenouda, Sweet, and musician Rajeh Daoud, composer Amr Mustafa.
