Colombia qualified for the quarter-finals of the World Youth Cup in Poland after beating New Zealand on penalties after a 1-1 draw at the original and extra time.
The Colombians started the scoring through Andres Reyes in the 11th minute, before New Zealand's Elijah Just equalized in the 35th minute.
The draw between the two teams continued at the time and then the extra time, before the two teams went to penalties, which smiled for the Colombian team 5 – 4.
Italy were the first to qualify for the quarter-finals of the World Cup after beating Poland 1-0.
