Al-Ahly Bank pumps 8 billion pounds in "new banknotes" to meet Eid al-Fitr needs
Yahya Abul-Fotouh, deputy chairman of the National Bank of Egypt, said that his bank started pumping new banknotes last week, exceeding 8 billion pounds, to meet the needs of the citizens during Eid al-Fitr.

He explained that small groups, 5 and 0 pounds and 20 pounds can be obtained through the branches and categories starting from 50 pounds through ATMs, in cooperation with the Central Bank of Egypt, which is printing the new cash and providing it to banks operating in the banking market.
