Accused of murdering his wife on May 15: "the death of every woman and her mother"
The judge of the opposition to the May 15 Misdemeanor Court decided to detain a 15-day worker on charges of murdering his wife. The prosecution also ordered the autopsy of the victim's body.
The accused admitted to the opposition judge that he did not intend to kill his wife, pointing out the outbreak of a quarrel between them before the Eid prayer because of previous differences between them, where she used to quarrel with him, which prompted him to stab with knife and thought that she was injured but breathed her last breath.
On 15 May, the police department received a report of a quarrel and the death of a woman. Immediately, the detectives were transferred to the Al-Balagh website. An incident was discovered between a woman and her husband. The latter died of stabbing her with a white knife. .
Following the legalization of the proceedings, the security services succeeded in arresting the accused with the white weapon used in the crime, and in response to him confessed to the incident, took legal action and prosecuted the prosecution.
