10 new mechanisms to ensure better service for patients at Sohag Hospital .. Learn about them
The University of Sohag has identified new mechanisms to raise the efficiency of work within the university hospital, which was guaranteed by the university in 10 points through administrative decisions issued by Dr. Ahmed Aziz, President of the university, during his tour inside the hospital. These mechanisms are aimed at providing better service to patients, by raising their efficiency, and to face any deficiencies that may affect the functioning of them, since the hospital serves a wide sector, frequented by citizens of the province of Sohag, and neighboring provinces.
The seventh day provides readers with the most important ten new mechanisms adopted by the President of the University to promote the services provided by the University Hospital.
1 – Not allow non-escorts to stay inside the hospital after 7 pm, with an alert to security personnel to organize the entry of companions with patients.
2 – Assigning seven administrative deputies with full powers, to supervise the work in the reception section on weekdays.
3 – Presence and throughout the day for teachers in the reception, for the departments of forestry, bone, brain, nerves, heart, chest and abdomen.
4 – Provision of medical supplies and surgical instruments for orthopedic patients and cosmetic, brain and neurological, through the company "Republic" to prevent the exploitation of companies and other offices, to be covered through the cost of treatment at the expense of the state and health insurance and contracts
5 – Providing all the needs of office furniture, beds and wheelchairs for the transfer of patients to the hospital departments, for the convenience of doctors, nursing and patients, with the formation of a committee to sort and sell priests and residues in accordance with the law.
6 – The immediate start of the contract for the purchase and installation of insulators for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
7 – Provision of 25 million pounds from the budget of the new financial year to purchase equipment and equipment for emergency departments, critical cases and intensive care, with the completion of anesthesia and surgery departments.
8 – Completion of the distribution of cleaning workers through the company contracted with, to be paid 90 workers for the building surgeons and 120 workers for the free building as of the first of July next, to complete the cleaning work in the hospital.
9 – Prevent the transfer or assignment to the nursing staff until the availability of appropriate numbers.
10 – Addressing the Ministry of Health to increase the number of graduates of the Faculty of Nursing to work in the hospital.
