Within the framework of the preparations for the African Cup of Nations hosted by Egypt from June 21 to July 19, 2019, the Committee of Volunteers and Team Accompaniers has started the general training of the youth of Alexandria governorate and a number of neighboring provinces who are participating in organizing the African Nations Cup, .

The BA hosted the general training activities with the participation of a group of professors and experts in the field of communication skills, to train young volunteers to improve the skills of young people, to deal with problems and mechanisms of their solutions, and to provide them with the necessary information about the tournament.

The training included the definition of the volunteer youth in organizing the tournament in Alexandria Group and the sites initially distributed from the hotels, the airport and the Alexandria Stadium, and clarifying the general tasks required of them during the tournament.

Dr. Amer pointed out that the children of Alexandria and the neighboring governorates are keen to participate in the African Forum hosted by Egypt and their desire to participate in the organizational work based on the responsibility they feel, noting that the youth are the engine of the operation of the championship and that training in Alexandria today is a successful conclusion to the general training phase Which began in Suez and Ismailia and Cairo, which was established during the past few days.

Aamir revealed that the coming days will witness the specialized training of volunteer youth in coordination with the chairmen of the subcommittees of the Organizing Committee of the African Nations Championship, confirming their confidence in the ability of the Egyptian youth to achieve the success of the championship.

Captain Mohamed Fadl, Director of the African Cup of Nations, visited the general training course at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the presence of Amer Hussein, head of the Alexandria Group. He thanked the Committee of Volunteers and the team's coordinators for the effort. He also praised the role of trainers participating in the general training.
