"Twitter" announces the drafting of safety conditions and rules to facilitate their understanding of users

The social networking site "Twitter" has announced the simplification of the language of its policies to be clear to all its users, in an effort to facilitate the knowledge of what is acceptable and unacceptable.
Dell Harvey, vice president of the company's trust and safety division, said they reduced the number of items from 2500 words to 600 words, with each item being formatted in 280 characters, which is the limit of letters allowed in the tweet.
As part of the change, Twitter has rearranged its rules to create sections that make it easier for users to find specific topics. Twitter policies can now be found under the category of safety, privacy and originality. In these categories, Twitter has added new rules on election integrity, platform manipulation, and spam.
Twitter also provides step-by-step instructions on how to report content that violates its rules and its interpretations of what happens when a company decides to take action on accounts, and plans to add separate help pages to each rule that provides more details.
The company hopes that these new conditions will help reduce harassment and harassment that have been rampant on the podium in recent times.
