Trade representation provides export opportunities worth 8 million euros to Italy within 5 months

The head of the Egyptian Trade Representation Authority, Ahmed Antar, revealed that over the past five months, the Milan office has provided export opportunities worth more than 8 million euros, including 6.1 million in May. The office held fruitful meetings with Italian companies to find out their import needs from different products With the competitive advantage and special export importance of Egypt.

In a press release on Monday, Antar said that the efforts resulted in the success of the office in providing 12 export opportunities (seeds, fennel, basil, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sucrose powder, glucose-phosphate powder, and dextrin powder).

Antar said that the efforts of the Milan office come within the framework of the Egyptian Commercial Representation Authority and its foreign offices to implement the approved Egyptian export development plan.
