The railway will change the complaints hotline starting next month

The railway authority will start changing the hotline to receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries by the beginning of next month to 15047 instead of 147, where passengers can send complaints and communicate through this number 24 hours a day.
The Railway Authority confirmed its keenness to communicate with the public of passengers and received their complaints and suggestions on the hotline, where complaints and suggestions are forwarded to the competent departments for their studies and discuss their solution.
