The execution of three others accused of killing a young man in Nasser's facility
The Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Mohamed Sharif Taher, and the membership of Advisors Fawzi El Sayed, Hani Rabea, Amiri Ali's secretary and Yehia Abdel Rashid, were sentenced to death and life imprisonment for four accused of killing a young man due to previous disputes at Nasser's facility.
The sentence of the death sentence of the defendant "Hassan M." was 19 years of life for three other defendants, "Marwa", 28 years, "Ahmed." 32 years and "Flowers."
The decision to refer the defendants to kill "Jamal H" intentionally with premeditation, due to previous differences between them.
The witnesses revealed that an altercation occurred between one of the friends of the first defendant and the victim, because of harassment of the friend of the accused one of the girls in the region, followed by the second defendant and the third defendant in the quarrel, and ended with the intervention of the parents, but the first accused on the day of the incident.
He said he heard a phone call between the second defendant and the first defendant, demanding that he quickly return to kill the victim, "Jamal M. H", that he was attacked, although the victim did not do so.
