Russia hopes to make a decision by next January on how to force Twitter and Facebook to transmit and store Russian users' data, the head of Russia's communications regulator Roskademazur said.
According to a report by Reuters, Alexander Zaharov confirmed that he does not want to have Russia to ban Twitter and Facebook permanently, but prefer to be fined if any irregularities.
