Prosecution Tamer reserves on 580 thousand pieces of pyrotechnics
The Gamaliyya Court, headed by Counselor Ahmed Hany, ordered the seizure of 580,000 pieces of pyrotechnics seized by a dealer in the Department's department. The prosecution requested the investigation of the incident.
The prosecution's preliminary investigation revealed that the defendant in possession of the fireworks admitted to committing the incident, with the intention of promoting it during the feast days to the citizens, and selling it in al-Muski area.
Investigations indicated that the police officers of the Jamaliya police department managed to catch the accused when he was inside a "rented" warehouse in the department.
Inside the store, a total of 580,000 fireworks were found in different types of fireworks.
Confronted with him, he confessed to possession of the seizures for the purpose of trafficking, and legal proceedings were taken.
