President of New Cairo: an electronic system to communicate with the residents of the city
Eng. Adel El-Naggar, Chairman of the Development Authority of New Cairo City, announced the establishment of an electronic system to ensure rapid communication with the residents of the city, which aims to receive proposals and complaints and remove obstacles facing the population, in cooperation with the City's Board of Trustees.
The head of the agency said in a press statement on Friday that the electronic link (https://forms.ge/7zz459T6fZpbJAcRA), intended for registration of any proposal or complaint by the residents of the city, is to be used by a member of the board of trustees, , To study the proposal or complaint, and to ensure that it is resolved, hoping to receive constructive proposals to improve the situation of the city, as well as complaints of obstacles that must be quickly dealt with, through this new electronic platform.
It should be noted that the Board of Trustees, headed by Dr. Mohamed Saad El-Din, in coordination with the Development Authority of New Cairo City, divided the city into nine sections for easy follow-up by members of the Council. As well as the division of topics on the various committees of the Council for the speed of decision and follow-up.
