Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh, head of the Central Organization for Organization and Management, organized several workshops to explain Resolution 35 of 2019 on job descriptions and evaluation standards issued for all employees and researchers in the Agency and its branches, directors and agents of the administrative and administrative departments in the governorates, Former No. 134 of 1978.

This came during the meeting held by the head of the agency with a number of heads of central departments concerned with the implementation of the decision of job descriptions and evaluation standards and a number of the leadership of the system.

The new standards decision included the identification of job groups and the terms and conditions of transport between them, in terms of group similarity and level of scientific qualification. For the first time, a special set of posts was created under the terms of advisory functions, rather than as a consultant.

It also included the establishment of a number of controls to evaluate jobs in the light of a number of factors, the most important of which is the level of knowledge and scientific qualification necessary to perform the duties of the job and the level of skills required, the duration of experience required and the nature of the functions of the job and the level of responsibility. The decision referred to the establishment of rules and procedures for the study of organizational structures, the adoption of a table of functions and description cards, the role of the Authority in this regard, in addition to a number of general and transitional provisions,
