Mohamed El Nanni congratulates Salah after the Champions League title

World football

Mohamed Nanni, the Egyptian midfielder and Arsenal's English club, congratulated his fellow Manchester United star Mohammed Salah on the occasion of his coronation as a champion of the Champions League.

Liverpool beat Tottenham 2-0 by Mohammed Salah and Orejee in a match in the Spanish capital Madrid.

"I am very proud of you, my brother," Mohammed al-Nanni wrote on his official Twitter page.

Mohamed Salah became the first Egyptian player in history to qualify as the Champions League, scoring his first title with the Liverpool club, who joined his team during the 2017 summer transfer from Rome.

Mohamed Salah is the third Arab player in history to qualify for the Champions League after Algerian legend Rabah Mager with Porto in 1987, and Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi with Real Madrid last year.

It is noteworthy that Mohammed Salah succeeded in winning the Swiss league title twice with Basel as well as the English Premier League and the English League Cup once in each with Chelsea in 2015, to harvest the "Egyptian Pharaoh" the fifth title in his professional career in Europe.
