Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) indexes rise, led by telecom, real estate and banking sectors

KUWAIT CITY – Kuwait Stock Exchange [KSE] index rose Monday, with five sectors advancing.
The general market index gained 1.05% to close at 5899.11 points. The index rose 1.34%, or 83.840 points, to 6456.48 points. The benchmark index jumped 0.30%, or 14.180 points, to reach 4806.70 points.
The trading volume was 153.8 million shares valued at 42.9 million Kuwaiti dinars through 5918 transactions.
The real estate sector rose by 0.95%, followed by the insurance sector by 1.29%, followed by the oil and gas sector by 0.44%, followed by the industrial sector by 1.01%, followed by the banking sector by 1.81% .
Followed by Abyaar [10.24%], Syria [10%], Sharqa [9.88%], Deerah [9.49%] and Energy House 7.41%.
