June 12: 15 defendants charged with violence and force review against police officers
The Giza Court, held in the fifth assembly, held the hearing on June 12 to sentence 15 defendants using violence and force review against police officers in Badrashin.
The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohamed Mansour Halawa, and the membership of the advisors Mohammed Omar Ansari and Khalid Marai Rashwan, and the secretariat of the secret of Ashraf Jaber.
The prosecution assigned the defendants "Gharib Moawad, Awad Ashour, Sayed Ghareeb, Madi Faraj, Ali Hassanein, Bakri Faraj, Sabri Juma, Mohammed Faraj, Yasser Faraj, Ahmed Sayed, Raafat Faraj, Abdul Khaliq Awad, Faraj Ashour, Mahmoud Shehata, , Charged the use of force and the use of violence against the security forces charged with the arrest of the first accused by shooting and using firearms. The accused also fired a barrage of shots at the assigned force from the Badrashin section.
The prosecution also gave the defendants possession of firearms and white weapons without a permit and in cases other than those authorized by law.
