Is it permissible to say to the faithful during the imam's prayer, "Truly, we are witnessing, truthful and just, O God?"
Sheikh Ali Ahmad Raafat, a member of the Al-Azhar World Center for Fatwa, said that the du'aa 'for the acts of worship that Allah and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, Individually or collectively. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "And keep yourself with those who call on their Lord in the morning and in the evening, want His face" (Cave 28)..
He added in his response to the question whether it is permissible to say the faithful during the imam's prayer (indeed – we are witnessing – honest and just – God), that the du'aa 'in Qunoot is a prophetic year that scholars have followed throughout the centuries, and the du'aa' (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Oh God, guide me, who will be with me?" Do not be humiliated by the Lord, bless our Lord and ascend"He said.
It was narrated that Habib ibn Muslimah al-Fuhri (may Allaah be pleased with him) said that he heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: "Do not gather together and pray for each other and believe in others." But God answered them ». When the imam praises God Almighty, he is entitled to re-praise or acknowledge it, mention God or use certain words, such as saying, "O God," "witnessing," and "truth." Because these good words do not violate the principles of Sharia in anything It is narrated that Hudhayfah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said in the description of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "If a blessing is passed through it, then there is praise for it. He swam, and if he passed through a question, he asked, and if he passed by, he would seek refuge.
In summary, as for the prayer, praise and praise be given to the worshiper when passing through a verse of praise, and seeking refuge when passing through a punishment of punishment; it is more appropriate to praise Allaah in responding to the imam by saying "O God" and "truth" and "witnessing." Hence, they say this is a draft and there is nothing wrong with it, and there is no reason to say that it is a bid'ah, and it is not permissible to forbid it.
