Governor of Sohag: allocated 207 square to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer
Dr. Ahmed Al Ansari, governor of Sohag, said that the Directorate of Awqaf has allocated 207 squares to perform the Eid Al Fitr prayer in Sohag this year, directed to the various local units in cooperation with the Directorate, and to provide full support for the work of final equipment for the areas dedicated to Eid prayer.
The governor of Sohag, the heads of the various local units, intensified the work of cleaning and beautification, and increased the efficiency of the surrounding areas of the mosques in all the centers, cities and villages of the province, within the framework of the conservation plan during the Eid al-Fitr.
For his part, Sheikh Ali Mohammad Tayfur, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf in Sohag, said in a statement to the governorate that the Directorate prepared for the Eid al-Adha prayer with 207 squares distributed over 25 sub-districts of the endowments in the province's scope, in addition to more than 6,000 mosques in different centers, cities and villages of the governorate. In which the citizens perform the Eid prayer, pointing out that two friars were allocated to each arena, one main and the other reserve, pointing out that the arena of Sohag Sports Stadium will be the main arena of the province.
