Governor of Ismailia signs a protocol with Canal Bank to recover land of 300 million

Major General Hamdi Osman, governor of Ismailia, resolved to end the dispute over the former plot of land in favor of one of the garment companies in the Sheikh Zayed area in a third district for tens of years, through negotiating with the Suez Canal Bank and signing a cooperation protocol between the governorate and the bank. Whereby the Bank has agreed to waive 50% of the area in favor of the province. The bank has waived it for the governorate, which is estimated at more than 300 million pounds allocated when selling and benefiting from it to the right of the people fund.

The protocol of cooperation between the governorate and the bank was signed at a broad conference attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Board of Directors of the Bank and in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Essam, Deputy Governor, Eng. Abdullah Al Zoghbi, Secretary General of the Governorate, Major General Samy Allam, Assistant Secretary General and Advisor Gamal Ammar, Hamid General Director of Legal Affairs.

During the signing of the protocol, the governor of Ismailia stressed the need to move ahead with the issue of the recovery of the state lands. He stressed that he would not be allowed in any case to compromise or abandon one inch of the land of the state and preserve the people's right.
