Dubai stocks open higher, led by higher real estate stocks

Dubai Financial Market index rose 0.92% to close at 2675.33 points.
Trading volume was 127.4 million shares, with a total value of AED 151.4 million. This was achieved through 2495 transactions of 29 shares, while 18 shares advanced, 8 shares declined and 3 shares settled.
The real estate sector rose 1.96%, followed by the real estate sector [1.81%], followed by the investment sector [1.45%], the telecommunications sector [0.79%], the banking sector [0.71%], Goods by 0.80%, then the insurance sector by 0.56%.
Ithmaar Holding was the top mover to the upside with 4.17%, followed by Takaful Emarat [3.90%] and Takaful [4.80%] and Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance [AMAN] [3.16%].
