In response to the complaint, which was published under the title "Complaint of the absence of sanitary drainage sinks in Al-Shobary Street in Ein Shams", the Greater Cairo Sewerage Company confirmed that it had dispatched the competent maintenance and follow-up of the address mentioned in the complaint.

The company said in its response that it gives unusual attention to such complaints and asked the reader to call hot line 175 hours of landline telephone.
