British police arrest a man accused of killing 25 cats .. Know the story?
A 52-year-old man was arrested on charges of killing 25 cats in Brighton, UK, in the wake of the death of a critically injured cat.
The arrest comes after an investigation by Sussex police in the past 18 months in the killing of at least 25 cats and some seriously injured, according to Daily Mail.
Investigations have been carried out on the cat killer in the city during the past periods. The cameras were unloaded in the area, the man was carrying a weapon in a public place and he was released on bail until June 28.

"We have learned of the deaths of cats and the officers have conducted a quick investigation to determine the situation, while the man on bail has been released as the investigation continues, and we are keen to follow the witness we believe may carry vital information for our investigation," Inspector Inspector Chris Thompson said.
"We understand the sad pain these cats have left for owners and animal welfare organizations, and we are determined to identify what happened to them to get answers for their owners," Thompson continued.
Police are conducting extensive investigations into an attempt to identify the killer of the cats, working in partnership with an expert from the Royal Veterinary College to determine the causes of the killings, while also watching the surveillance cameras.
The investigation and arrest comes in Brighton, UK, after police have closed an investigation into more than 400 deaths across London, while police believe there is no conclusive evidence of a crime, saying the cases could have been from vehicle collisions and wildlife attacks.
