Book the unconstitutional law of health insurance law on the students for the July 6 hearing of the ruling
The Supreme Constitutional Court, headed by Counselor Dr. Hanafy Jibali, decided to hold the case demanding the unconstitutionality of article 11 of Law No. 99 of 1992 on health insurance for students, July 6 to pronounce the verdict.
The lawsuit called for the unconstitutionality of Article 11 of Law No. 99 of 1992 on health insurance for students. The article states that "the public health insurance authority shall be vested in the existing units of the school health services belonging to the directorates of health affairs in the governorates, In the bodies specified by a decision of the Minister of Health, and the furniture, machinery, equipment, medicines, stock, papers and other assets related to the operation of the activities and transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the transfer of these units to the General Authority for Health Insurance, Health joint committees to implement it.
