An immediate campaign to stop the construction of a building east of Alexandria
Al-Montazah District, east of Alexandria, launched a campaign to confront the illegal construction under the supervision of Brigadier General Khalid Kishk, the district's head, and Mustafa Abdel Salam, secretary general of the district.
The immediate campaign to address the violations, which resulted in the suspension of construction without a license in Port Said Street in Mamoura, the country, based on the decision of suspension and reservation No. 66 of 2019.
During the campaign, a total of 61 wooden planks of various lengths and 3 concrete bags were handed over to the removal unit in the neighborhood. This comes in the context of dealing with violations of various kinds. The legal procedures are being taken against the violator in the framework of activating the law and imposing the prestige of the state and tightening the control of violators.
On the other hand, the road maintenance department in El Montazah continued its first efforts to remove the bushes and face the flagrant violation of the public road, in accordance with the instructions of Hamdi Abdel Alim Shamma, head of Al Montazah district, and following up the director of the road works and advertising department.
On Sunday, a campaign was launched in cooperation with the Revenue Department in order to remove the charges and collect immediate fines. The occupants were removed, the street vendors were chased, the iron barriers and the concrete, wooden and rubber blocks were removed by the public road.
