Al-Sharqiya Governor announces 92% of citizens' applications received through complaint portal
Dr. Mamdouh Gharab, Governor of Sharqia, confirmed that the total number of complaints received via the complaints portal in the governorate reached 7809 complaints through the system of the unified government complaints portal from the beginning of September 2018 until the end of May 2019. 7391 of them have been resolved and 408 complaints are being resolved.
He added that 7904 complaints were received from the National Service Administration headed by the Republic, the Ministry of Local Development, other ministries, service agencies, centers, cities, neighborhoods, and public administration departments. 7294 complaints were answered by 92%.
Al-Sharqiya Governor confirmed that he held 13 public gatherings during which he received 96 citizens at their request in the meeting hall of the General Diwan in the presence of the competent executive bodies to discuss citizens' complaints and take urgent measures to solve them from September 2018 until the end of April 2019. .
