The reader appealed to Jamal Chalabi, from the Manzala Center of Dakahlia Governorate, to help him treat his child, Mansour, where he performed an operation to implant a cochlea by ear, where he needs 12,000 pounds a year to install two batteries for the earphone.

The reader said in his letter to the citizen press: "We have done the cochlea from five years and analyzes cost 180 thousand pounds collected by the hand of the relative and lover and the earphone needs two batteries annually and cable equivalent to 12 thousand pounds and every 10 years need to change the cost of 170 thousand pounds.

The reader appealed to the officials to help him to provide the cost of treatment for his son, pointing out that he can not afford them, as his family lives on his pension only 1000 pounds only.
