8 cases defined by the law to respond to the court .. know them

Article 146 of the Code of Procedure sets forth the cases of the Court's response, after which the case is referred to another Chamber for consideration of the case. These cases include the judge's reply:

1. If he or his wife has a direct or indirect interest in the case even after the dissolution of the marriage contract.

2 – If he has a relationship with one of the litigants or is married to the fourth degree.

3 – If he is the fiancée of one of the litigants.

4 – If he has been an agent of one of the litigants in his private work or guardian or valuable to him.

5. If he has already been a witness in the case.

6. If one of the disputants has chosen him in a previous case.

7 – If he finds a strong enmity with him.

8. If a civil or criminal action has been instituted between him and a fugitive or one of his relatives or visitors up to the fourth degree in the past five years.
